1. Overview
Inkgenie.io is an AI-powered service that allows users to describe their own custom design, generates that design into an image, prints it on a T-shirt, and ships it to the customer.
2. Ordering & Design Process
You are responsible for providing accurate descriptions for your desired design. Once your design is generated and the order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to reject any design that we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
3. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the ideas you submit but grant us a license to use, print, and deliver the final product.
You warrant that your submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights.
All website content, and branding belong to Inkgenie.io.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed on our website.
Payments must be made in full at the time of placing an order or before we hand it over to you in case of COD.
Prices include applicable taxes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship Pan-India with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Colors on screen may differ slightly from the final printed product.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons such as incorrect size or personal preference.
Refunds will only be issued for goods that are damaged during shipping.
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet these conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Inkgenie.io will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
We do not guarantee that the colors on your screen will exactly match the printed T-shirt.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including submitting designs that infringe copyright, promote hate speech, or contain malicious content.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
